It is divided into 2 Subsidiaries, its manufacturing division based in Guangzhou and Dong Guan in Mainland China and its distribution division with its sales and logistics staff based in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.

      Carapelli Computer's distribution division has become one of the top 5 distribution companies for laptops and netbooks in the Middle East's premier trading hub of Dubai. Coupled with the lowest costs on the planet and guaranteed 100% genuine merchandise from top tier Laptop manufacturers, Carapelli is a necessary partner in today's global IT industry. Currently Carapelli distributes products from Acer, Asus, BenQ, Dell, Fujitsu Siemens, HP, Impulse, Intel, Lenovo, Microsoft, Sumdex, and Toshiba amongst many other industry leaders.

     Impulse is the brand name moniker of the manufacturing division of the Carapelli Group of Companies and has gained a major foothold in the Middle Eastern and African IT markets. Currently Carapelli's factory in Dong Guan, China occupies a space of 90,000 square meters and employs over 2000 employees. Its major strength is its ability to manufacture each and every part of its systems and products from the outer casings to the micro electronic PCBs. It is because of this advantage that Carapelli is able to have a high degree of control of its products' quality and costing.
