All products are shipped to you directly from our factories in the far east. We can ship products to any port worldwide via Sea Freight, any destination worldwide via Express and EMS Services and also to any Airport worldwide via Air Freight. After placing an order we will quote you the best freight prices to your destination. |

All our products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty and is based on time from shipment to your destination. We cover parts and labor however, only malfunction caused by normal use will be covered. Any damage that occurs due to to mis-use or unusual circumstances will not be covered. |

Production time for all orders is approximately 2 weeks and shipping time via express or air freight services is generally 4 days. EMS services may take between a week to 10 days. We will advise you upon shipment as to when you can expect to receive your order. |

We accept payment by international wire transfer only. For all orders, a 30% deposit must be paid at the time of confirming the order and the remainder 70% must be paid prior to shipment. We will advise you on the amounts and when the payments are to be made. Sample payments can be made by both wire transfer or credit card payment via PayPal. |
